Hello Crafty Friends.
Today on my blog I’m sharing three Christmas/holiday cards that I made using products from the Stampendous Holiday Hugs Collection. In this collection there is a snowman, a Santa Claus, and a gnome. However, I am only showing the snowman and Santa Claus in my post. Something unique about this collection is that the arms of the snowman, Santa Claus, and gnome can close so that it looks like they are holding or hugging something (ie: hugging a child snowman or holding an envelope) which you will see in my cards below.

If you would like to see an unboxing of the Stampendous Holiday Hugs Collection and watch my design process for the three cards I made, then watch my video on YouTube or below.
Card 1

The Snowman Hugs dies are just so stinkin’ adorable. You can make an entire family of snowmen with this die set. You can also add faces to the snowman using the Snowman Hugs, Faces and Sentiments Clear Stamp Set. After putting my snowmen together, I added them to the snowy scene which is pattern paper from the Winter Splash Quick Card Backgrounds set.

Card 2

The Santa Hugs die set is super cute too and perfect for Christmas cards. It comes with a Santa Claus die and a reindeer die. I also used the Stampendous Frans Frames die set for the slimline layering rectangle and ovals. The pattern paper is from the Holiday Splash Quick Card Background set.

Card 3

For my third card, I used the Stampendous Snowman Hugs die set once again, only this time I die cut the hat and scarf from the Holiday Splash Quick Card Backgrounds pattern paper. I used the Stampendous Hugs Accessories dies to make an envelope that the snowman can hold. I stamped a sentiment from the Snowman Hugs, Faces and Sentiments stamp set onto a piece of cardstock which I added SBC Cardinal Red ink to the edges and placed it in the envelope. I added the snowman to the snowy scene which is from the Stampendous Winter Splash Quick Card Background pattern paper.
