Hi everyone! Today I’m sharing some snowflake cards for your holiday cardmaking. In my YouTube video, I will demonstrate how to use the Scrapbook.com new Slimline Snowflake stamp as well as their Snowflake Stencil to create some easy holiday cards. Whether you are a fan of slimline or A2-sized cards, I have some tips and tricks for you!
Check out my YouTube video to see how I made my cards.
For my first set of cards, I used the Scrapbook.com exclusive Slimline Snowflake stamp set coupled with the Scrapbook.com Cools Smooth Cardstock paper pack to create these colorful slimline cards. The paper pack has a variety of cardstock colors in greens, blues, and purples. The cardstock is slimline in size which measures 3 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ which is the perfect size for a slimline card front. I also used the Scrapbook.com Neenah Solar White Ultra Thick Slimline Cards & Envelopes. This is a pack of 10 slimline card bases and envelopes. The Scrapbook.com slimline paper from the paper pad fits perfectly on these slimline card bases.
I stamped the Slimline Snowflake background stamp using white pigment ink onto a cardstock sheet from the slimline paper pad and then heat embossed it with white embossing powder. The Slimline Snowflake stamp also comes with a “Ho Ho Ho” sentiment stamp which I also heat embossed and added to the front of the card. I made a card in each color from the paper pad.
For my second card, I used the same Slimline Snowflake stamp set to make an A2 size card. I wanted to demonstrate how you can use a slimline background stamp and use it for a smaller card. I cut 1/2″ strips from the paper pad in each of the different colors and added them to a white piece of cardstock that measures 2 3/4″ x 4″. I stamped the snowflake background stamp onto the colorful cardstock layer and then stamped the sentiment on top. I layered a piece of black cardstock underneath which measures 2 7/8″ x 4 1/8″. I used foam adhesive to add the sentiment to a white A2 card base.
For my third card, I used the Scrapbook.com exclusive Snowflake stencil. I used the Scrapbook.com Metallic Frost ink to ink the snowflakes from the stencil onto a piece of black cardstock that measures 3 1/8″ x 8 1/8″. I used the Scrapbook.com Vintage Type Lowercase stamp set to stamp the sentiment “Winter Wishes” at the top of the card layer. I heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder. Lastly, I stenciled some snowflakes onto the envelope.

Hi everyone! Today I’m sharing two slimline card ideas for those dog lovers in your life. Both of my cards were made using the Whimsy Stamps Slimline Dog Bone Die Set. This die set has a slimline size dog bone and some other fun dies such as a dog bowl with food, collar, and more!
To see how I made these cards, watch my YouTube video below:
For my first card, I used the dog bone and the dog collar dies from the Whimsy Stamps Slimline Dog Bone Die Set. I also used the Solid Alphabet Die set from The Stamps of Life to die cut the word “Pawsome.” I substituted the dog collar for the letter “O.” I adhered the dog bone to a piece of pattern paper that I cut down to 3 3/8″ x 8 3/8″. I adhered that to a slimline card base.

Hi everyone! Today I’m sharing three cards that I made using the Sweet Friend stamp set from Pink and Main. To see this stamp set up close and how I made these cards, watch my YouTube video below:
For my first card, I used the pineapple stamp that is made up of several flowers. The stamp set has individual solid flower stamps that can be used with your ink pads to color the flowers within the pineapple. Using the solid stamps make for easy coloring!
I used one of the flower stamps to make my own floral pattern paper. I also used the Aloha die from the Aloha die set which I die cut from gold glitter paper to add some sparkle.
For my second card, I used the fancy tag die set from Pink and Main. I used the tag as a layer on my card.
For my third card, I used Copic markers to color three pineapples. I cut the polka dot pattern paper from the Vitamin Sea paper pad to 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″. I trimmed the teal border from the border sheet of the pattern paper pad. I also cut the shell pattern paper to 1 1/4″ x 5 3/8″. To add a final touch to my card, I fussy cut three sunglasses from the Vitamin Sea paper pad and added them to the front of the pineapples.

Hi everyone! Today I’m sharing two cards that I made using Spellbinders Clear Stamp of the Month and Small Die of the Month for July 2021. To see the stamp set and die set up close and how I made my cards, watch my YouTube video below:
My first card is a mini slimline card. I die cut the small die of the month using purple glitter paper and purple solid cardstock. They layer nicely together and I just love how the glitter paper shines through the openings in the die. I used Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens to color the floral stamp from the Clear Stamp of the Month. I fussy cut it and adhered it the front of the diecut piece. I love how the Small Die of the Month fits perfectly on the front of a mini slimline card base. My mini slimline card base measures 3 1/2″ x 6 1/2″.
For my second card, I made a shaped card with the Small Die of the Month being the actual shape of the card. I used gold foil paper to layer underneath and I just love how the gold shines through the openings in the layering die. I stamped the floral image from the Clear Stamp of the Month onto some Bristol Smooth cardstock and used Versamark ink. I sprinkled gold embossing powder over the stamped image and heat set it. Next, I used my Zig Clear Color Real Brush pens along with a waterbrush to add color to the stamp set. I fussy cut it out and adhered it the front of the die cut piece. I made a card base the same shape as the die and adhered my decorated piece to the front of the card base to make a shaped card.
