Dog Bone Slimline Cards

Hi everyone! Today I’m sharing two slimline card ideas for those dog lovers in your life. Both of my cards were made using the Whimsy Stamps Slimline Dog Bone Die Set. This die set has a slimline size dog bone and some other fun dies such as a dog bowl with food, collar, and more!

For my first card, I used the dog bone and the dog collar dies from the Whimsy Stamps Slimline Dog Bone Die Set. I also used the Solid Alphabet Die set from The Stamps of Life to die cut the word “Pawsome.” I substituted the dog collar for the letter “O.” I adhered the dog bone to a piece of pattern paper that I cut down to 3 3/8″ x 8 3/8″. I adhered that to a slimline card base.

For my second card, I created a shaped card with a fun outdoor scene. I used the Sunny Studio Puppy Parents stamp set for all of the images on this card. I used the Lawn Fawn Slimline Cloud stencil coupled with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink to create the cloud background. I created a grass border using the Sunny Studio Slimline Nature Border Dies.
