Pink and Main January 2024 Release & Mug Card

I’m so excited to be making my first blog post as a design team member for Pink and Main. Starting off the new year, Pink and Main has a release packed with lots of great stamps, dies, foilable panels, and more!

I love mug stamps, and the January Mug stamp is the absolute cutest! It is a heart-shaped mug with an adorable face. I used this stamp set for my card today. I started by stamping the mug onto Bristol Smooth Cardstock and coloring it with the red Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pen. I added the ink around the edges and used a Pink & Main EZ Flow Water Brush to blend the red ink toward the middle of the mug to give it a shaded look. I added the Sugar Almond Pink pen for the cheeks. I die cut the mug with the January Mug coordinating dies.

Next, I colored a flower bouquet from the So Sorry stamp set. I used the following color pens: Red, Light Carmine, Cobalt Blue, Light Blue, May Green, Yellow, Lemon Yellow, and the Blender. I die cut the flower bouquet and fussy cut the bottom to leave only the flowers. This flower bouquet fits perfectly on the top of the mug.

I die cut a piece of white cardstock with the Stitched Rectangles Set 1 and then stamped a sentiment from the Hello Darling stamp set at the top of the rectangle. I layered the white rectangle onto a piece of the paid pattern paper from the Year Round Plaids 2 paper pad which I die cut using a Scallop Rectangle die.
