Easy Foiled Backgrounds | Get Well Soon Cards | Pink and Main

Hello crafty friends.

Today I’m making three foiled get well soon cards using some of the new products from Pink and Main’s January 2024 release.

Pink and Main Chicken Soup - Get Well Cards

If you would like to watch a video showing how I made my cards, then watch my video below or on YouTube.

The stamp set I used for my cards is the Pink and Main Chicken Soup stamp set. This set is also Pink and Main’s Stamp of the Month for January. It is so cute with a bowl of chicken soup and the chicken peeking out of the bowl. The Stamp of the Month is available to subscribers on the first of the month and is now available to everyone. I colored my images with Zig Clean Color Real Brush pens using the following colors: Light Blue, Light Carmine, Sugar Almond Pink, Bright Yellow, Mustard, Lemon Yellow, Warm Gray, Light Gray, Flesh Colour, and the Blender.

After I colored the images, I die cut them with the coordinating dies.

For the background of my cards, I used the Pink and Main Get Well Foilable Panels. These panels are perfect to add to get well cards. The Foilable panels have bandages, pills, and get well sentiments.

Card 1

Pink and Main Chicken Soup - Get Well Cards - Foil

For my first card, I applied the Fairy Wings Violet Cheerfoil to the pill and heart Get Well Foilable Panel. This foil is a very pretty bright pink. I die cut the panel with a Stitched Rectangle die and added it to a piece of pink cardstock that I die cut with the Zig Zag Rectangle dies. I added my stamped images and sentiment to the front.

For my second card, I added the Shattered Pink Cheerfoil to the Get Well Foilable Panel. I added Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide ink to the bottom half of the panel and added the stamped images to the inked portion of the panel. For the sentiment, I used the Get Well Soon word die from the Zig Zag Rectangle dies.

For my third card, I applied the Glitter Peach Cheerfoil to the bandage Get Well Foilable Panel. I die cut it with a Stitched Rectangle die. I stamped the Get Well Soon sentiment from the Well Wishes stamp set with Versamark ink and added the Pink and Main Sangria Embossing Powder to the sentiment. I die cut the sentiment with the coordinating dies. I added this panel to two of the Zig Zag Rectangle dies.
