So, what exactly are Shimmer Flakes? These are ultra-light, iridescent flakes from Scrapbook.com that add a beautiful, shimmering effect to your projects. They catch the light at different angles, creating a stunning multi-colored effect. You can use them with shaker cards, add them to adhesive, and even use them as embellishments on cards. Technique 2: Add Shimmer Flakes to a Background
