Sizzix Cherry Blossom Stencil & Stamp Tool PLUS New Christmas Stencils and Stamps

Hi Crafty Friends!

Today I’m sharing the brand new Sizzix CHERRY BLOSSOM Sizzix Stencil and Stamp Tool. This tool is is perfect for BOTH stenciling and stamping. You heard me right…you can stencil AND stamp with this one tool. This tool is identical to the original Stencil and Stamp Tool that came out last year. The only difference is that this one is in the new cherry blossom color and is soooo pretty!

This tool makes is so easy to align the new Sizzix layered stencils. You can simply attach the stencils to the pink stencil adapter plate and they will stay in place in each time. If you are using non-Sizzix stencils, you can simply align the stencil on the sticky grid sheet and it will stay in place because the sticky grid is just that — sticky — and will hold the stencil in place every time.

The stencil below is the brand new Sizzix Snowflake Scene Layered Stencils. This set contains four stencils that when layered together, give you a beautiful snowflake background. I love how you can use different color inks with each stencil layer to get a beautiful, colorful background.

The Sizzix Cherry Blossom Stencil and Stamp Tool is also a stamping platform. It makes it easy to get a great stamp impression every time you stamp. You can reapply ink as many times as you need in order to get great stamping results. If you like to mass produce cards, this tool makes it easy because you can simply align the cardstock in the same position in the stamping platform and continuously stamp the images to create as many cards as you need.

In my video, I will show you how to use the Stencil and Stamp Tool for both stamping and stenciling. I will also show you four brand new 4 layer stencils from Sizzix as well show you how I made my cards.

Let’s take a look at some cards I made using the Stencil and Stamp Tool.

Card 1

For this card, I used the Sizzix Snowflake Scene Layered Stencils. The stencils are 6×6 inches, but I cut down my stenciled background to 4″ x 5 1/4″ to fit onto an A2 card. I also used the Sizzix Seasonal Sentiments stamp set for my sentiment.

For this card, I used the Sizzix Ornaments Layered Stencils.

I made this card a 6 x6 inch card to showcase all three beautiful ornaments. I also used the Sizzix Seasonal Sentiments stamp set on this card.

Card 3

For this card, I used the Sizzix Snowy Scene Layered Stencils. This stencil set is a beautiful snowy scene with sky, mountains, and snow. I added the trees and deer from the Sizzix Forest Deer stamp set. I stamped them in Scrapbook.com Hybrid Black ink because I was going for a silhouette look on my card. I added the white snow and white moon with Scrapbook.com Cloud Whip to get a very bright white color. I added a sentiment from the Sizzix Seasonal Sentiments stamp set.

Card 4

For this card, I used the Sizzix Tartan Frame Layered Stencils. I used red, green, and brown inks to create the background. I cut the panel down to fit on an A2 card front and added the Sizzix Corner Wreath stamp set to frame the sentiment. The sentiment is from the Sizzix Seasonal Sentiments stamp set.
