Hello friends.

I’m sharing a Valentine’s Day cupcake card using some products from Pretty Pink Posh’s January 2024 release.

The Pretty Pink Posh products I used for my card include the Layered Heart Lattice Stencil, Big Valentine Cupcake dies, XOXO Heart Border dies, Sentiment Strips: Valentine stamps, and the Sweetheart Shaker Beads.

I started by stenciling the Layered Heart Lattice Stencil onto a piece of white card that measures 4 1/4” x 5 1/2”. I used Festive Berries Distress Oxide ink for Stencil Layer A and Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide ink for Stencil Layer B.

Next, I worked on the Big Valentine Cupcake. I die cut the cupcake frosting with pink cardstock, the cake with brown cardstock, and the wrapper with metallic pink cardstock. I inked the edges of the frosting and cake with their corresponding color inks to add some depth to the die cuts. I die cut the hearts with white and pink cardstock. I stamped the words “Love” and “xoxo” from the Sentiment Strips Valentine stamp set inside the hearts so they would resemble the conversation hearts candy you get on Valentine’s Day.

I die cut the XOXO Heart Border with metallic red cardstock. Finally, I added some glue to the frosting of the cupcake and then sprinkled the Sweetheart Shaker Beads on top.
