Pink and Main February 2024 Release & Easter Peeps Cards

Pink and Main-For Peeps Sake - Easter Peeps Cards

Hello crafty friends.

Pink and Main has a brand new release full of Easter-themed stamps featuring adorable bunnies and beautiful blooms. There are also some great border dies and foilable panels in this release.

On my YouTube channel, I’m sharing an unboxing of all of the items in Pink and Main‘s release and I’m also making two cards! You can watch my video below or on YouTube.

You can check out all of Pink and Main’s new product releases by clicking HERE.

For my cards, I used the Pink and Main For Peeps Sake stamp set which has a lot of adorable Easter Peeps, marshmallows, and Easter s’mores!

I colored my images using Zig Clean Color Real Brush pens. The colors I used are as follows: Sugar Almond Pink, Light Blue, Lemon Yellow, Bright Yellow, Brown, Sand, Deep Brown, Light Gray, English Lavender, and Light Green. I also used a Pink and Main EZ Flow Waterbrush to blend the colors.

I colored the “Peeps” with Scrapbook.com Glitter Brush Markers because I wanted them to look like they have a sugar coating on the outside which is typical of how a marshmallow Peep looks. The markers I used to color the Peeps are Raspberry Pink, Sunshine Yellow, and Key Lime Green.

When I finished coloring, I die cut the images with the coordinating dies.

For my first card, I used the Waves and Scallop Border dies to create a scalloped border across my card. I layered the pattern paper from the Pop Flowers Pattern Paper Pad on top of a piece of white cardstock. I added the scallop layers to another piece of patterned paper and used a Stitched Rectangle die to add stitching around the layers. For a finishing touch, I added Pop Flowers Sticky Pearls to the top.

For my second card, I used the Fun Scallop Border dies to create a scalloped border. I added piece of pattern paper from the Pop Flowers Pattern Paper Pad on top of the scallop border. I cut the pattern paper to 2″ x 6″ so that it fits inside of the scallop border. I used a Stitched Rectangle die to add stitching to both sides. I used the same Stitched Rectangle die to cut another piece of pattern paper. I added the stamped images from the For Peeps Sake stamp set and then added Pop Flowers Sticky Pearls to the top.
