Today I’m sharing a card I made using the dotted square dies from The Stamps of Life. The dotted square dies are nesting dies that come with 8 dotted square dies with the largest being 4″ x 4″ to the smallest being 7/8″ x 7/8″. You can use them for layering cardstock on your cards. You can even use them to stamp sentiments inside. I used them on this card in both ways along with the sloths2stamp stamp set to make this adorable sloth card.
The Stamps of Life February 2020 card kit was released on February 15 and I’m excited to share with you the cards I made using this kit. I never know how many cards I’m going to make with each card kit release and this month I made 12 cards! This card kit corresponds with the monthly stamp and die set – sloths2stamp.
There are so many fun products included in the February card kit.
The color pallet for this month is cantaloupe, chocolate, spearmint, kiwi, ocean, bubblegum, tangerine, gingersnap, and powdered sugar. The kit comes with 12 cardstock sheets — one in each color plus four powdered sugar cardstock sheets.
The petite paper pad is the Best Wishes Collection. Two of the sheets in the paper pad include the sloth images that match the monthly stamp set. These sloth images can be die cut with the corresponding shadow dies from the sloths2stamp die set. There are a total of 8 sloths, 8 branches, and several leaves that can all be die cut from this paper pad! This means super easy and quick cards!
The kit also comes with two dies — a Best Wishes word die that comes two dies — a shadow layer and the word die. The kit also comes a December swirl die.
In addition, the kit comes with flower and leaf puffy stickers that match the flowers and leaves in the pattern paper pad. There are also epoxy hearts, felt balloons, and a sentiment stamp set. Ribbon in kiwi gingham and gingersnap are also included in this kit.
