You’re Sweet Card using Avery with Lollipop from Paper Nest Dolls

Hello! This card can be used as a Valentine’s Day card, a birthday card, or even an everyday card. I decided to use it as a Valentine’s Day card for my daughter.

I have to begin by saying that I absolutely LOVE the stamps by the Paper Nest Dolls. They remind me of Holly Hobbie Dolls that I had as a child.

To make this card, first I cut out the card base using the Sizzix Card Scallop Drop-ins from The Stamps of Life. The red card stock was some Recollections card stock that I had in my stash that I purchased at Michaels.

The heart paper is from the Recollections “Be Mine” collection which I also purchased from Michaels.

The stamped image is the Avery with Lollipo stamp from the Paper Nest Dolls. I stamped the image using Lawn Fawn’s Premium Jet Black Ink Pad and then colored it with alcohol markers. I fuzzy cut the image and then adhered it to the card front.

The “You’re Sweet” sentiment is from a stamp set that I purchased at Michaels several years ago and unfortunately I don’t have the name of it. I stamped the sentiment using Lawn Fawn’s Premium Jet Black Ink Pad and cut it out and adhered to the card. The gems and ribbon are from my stash.
