Hello crafty friends.
Today I’m sharing with you two cards I made using the Cupcake Card Die Set from the Trinity Stamps Sweet Summer Celebration release. I absolutely love this die set because it makes an A2 size card shaped like a cupcake! For my cards, I made a cupcake shaped card and I also used the cupcake on the front of an A2 size card.

Also new in this release is the Double Scoop 6” x 6” paper pad. If you love ice cream like I do, you’ll love this paper pad. There are so many ice cream papers including ones that look like REAL mint chip ice cream, vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream, and more! Oh, and let’s not forget about cake! There are also papers in this paper pad that look like REAL cake and frosting! You can check out the papers in my YouTube video above.
Card 1
For my first card, I used two of the papers from the Double Scoop paper pad to create my cupcake shaped card. I used the frosting paper with sprinkles for the cupcake topping. I also used a piece of the cake patterned paper for the cake part of the cupcake. I love how realistic the frosting and cake looks on this card!
This die set also includes a candle die and the word “Wish” as you can see on my card. I also used a sentiment from the Simply Sentimental Birthday stamp set to compliment the word “Wish.”
Card 2
For my second card, I also used the pattern papers from the Double Scoop paper pad to create my card. The sentiment is from the Simply Sentimental Birthday stamp and die set. I topped off my cupcake with sprinkles from the Carousel Cupcake Sprinkles embellishment mix.
