The Stamps of Life January 2023 Clubs – 6 Cards – BigMailbox2Stamp

Hello Crafty Friends.

The The Stamps of Life January club kits have been released and the theme this month is a postal mailbox. This is perfect for just about any occasion where you need to send a card — birthdays, miss you, and friendship just to name a few. It is also great for holidays such as a Valentine’s Day and Christmas.

The Stamp Club and Die Hard Club sets are called BigMailbox2Stamp. This set has a postal mailbox with a dog, cat, an envelope, and some grass that you can put at the bottom of the mailbox so it looks like the mailbox is sitting in the grass. There are also several sentiments such as You’ve Got Mail, Just a Note, For You, Hello There, and more. Some of the smaller sentiments even fit inside the large rectangle at the bottom of the mailbox. 

By joining the Stamp club, you will receive the BigMailbox2Stamp set this month which is shown below.

The Die Hard Club features the BigMailbox2Stamp stamp set plus the coordinating dies, all shown below.

The Card Kit Club is called For You and corresponds to the monthly club set called BigMailbox2Stamp.

The card kit is packed full of so many fun products! I made 6 cards with the kit and there was plenty of products left over to make even more cards! You can see all of my cards below, but first let’s take a look at the contents of the card kit.

The kit includes 12 pieces of cardstock, A2 envelopes, plastic storage envelope, paper pad, For You word die, epoxy stickers, postal mail truck/envelope puffy stickers, sticker sheet, chipboard envelopes, ribbon, and an A1 Gatefold Card Die Set.

There are also several FREEBIES included with this month’s club shipment. If you are member of the Die Hard Club, you will receive a sheet of sentiment stickers. Just like last month, The Stamps of Life was doing some warehouse cleaning again and decided to include two free dies in every card kit. 1. White A2 Card Base – 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″
2. Chevron Pattern Paper – 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″
3. Pretty Pink Posh Scallop Frame Dies
4. TSOL Inks: Strawberry (stamp sentiment); Pool, Grape, Strawberry (ink edges of flowers); Pool (ink edges of sentiment rectangle)

Card 3

1. White A2 Card Base – 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″
2. Chevron Pattern Paper – 4″ x 5 1/4″
3. BigMailbox2Stamp Die – Diecut Strawberry Cardstock and Blueberry Cardstock. Cut apart blue pieces of mailbox and piece them into red mailbox. Add to a white shadow layer.
4. Sunny Studio Stamps Slimline Nature Border Dies
5. TSOL Inks: Kiwi (ink edges of grass); Strawberry (sentiment and ink edges of mailbox); Grape, Sunshine, and Ocean (ink edges of envelopes)

Card 4

For this card, I used the A1 Gatefold Card Die Set included in this month’s card kit. Watch my card tutorial to see how to put this card together.

1. Card Base – grape cardstock (purple)
2. Rectangles on Card Front – chevron pattern paper
3. Rectangle on Inside – sunshine cardstock (yellow)
4. Belly Band – Cut Grape cardstock to 3/4″ x 8″
5. For You Word Die – Die cut shadow with ocean cardstock; Die cut words with white cardstock
6. TSOL Inks: Grape and Sunshine (Ink edges of flowers): Grape (ink edges of pattern paper)
7. Scrapbook.com Pops of Color – White

Card 5

I used the A1 Gatefold Card Die Set included in this month’s card kit. Watch my card tutorial to see how to put this card together.

1. Card Base – Midnight Cardstock (Navy Blue)
2. Rectangles on Card Front – White Cardstock
3. Rectangle on Inside – White Cardstock
4. Belly Band – Cut Midnight cardstock to 3/4″ x 8″
5. Envelopes – Die cut with Pool, Sunshine, and Strawberry Cardstock
6. TSOL Inks: Pool, Sunshine, Strawberry (ink edges of envelopes)
7. Sunny Studio Stamps Stitched Circles, Large – Die Cut with Midnight Cardstock

Card 6

1. White A2 Card Base – 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″
2. CandyHearts2Stamp (Stamps of Life December 2022 Club Set) – Use dies to die cut three size hearts from Strawberry, Candy, and Bubblegum cardstock.
3. BigMailbox2Stamp Die – Die cut Ocean Cardstock and Strawberry Cardstock. Cut apart red pieces of mailbox and piece them into teal mailbox.
