Hello friends.
Today I’m a sharing a simple and colorful technique that can be used to add color to your cover plate die cuts to really make them pop. I’ll be using the Elegant Banner Heart Cover Plate die from Pretty Pink Posh. This die is perfect for A2 size cards when you want to send a love card, Valentine’s Day card, and even an anniversary card.
If you would like to see how I made my card, watch my video on YouTube.
I die cut the Elegant Banner Heart Cover Plate with white cardstock and used my Waffle Flower 0+ Shader Brushes with Distress Oxide inks to color the different parts of the cover plate. I love this technique for making the cover plate so colorful.
