Copic, Lawn Fawn, Valentine's Day

Valentine’s Day Card using Lawn Fawn’s Sweet Friends Stamp

Valentine Smore Card Horizontal

Hello!

When I saw the Sweet Friends stamp set from Lawn Fawn, I knew that I immediately had to own it. It is the perfect stamp set for any occasion and I thought this would be perfect for a Valentine’s Day card. There are several stamps included in the set, but I chose to use the s’mores stamp for this card.

I stamped the image using Lawn Fawn’s Lawn Fundamentals Jet Black Premium Ink Pad and then colored it with Copic markers. I used the corresponding die cut, Sweet Friends Lawn Cuts, to die cut it. The hearts were stamped using the same ink and die cut as well. The pink paper was from my stash. The white scallop border was die cut from Lawn Fawn’s Stitched Scallop Rectangle Frames using white paper from my stash.

To put this card together, I cut a piece of the rainbow paper from Lawn Fawn’s Really Rainbow Petite Paper Pack and adhered it to a card base. Next, I cut a piece of the red paper from the same paper pack and adhered it to the white scallop border. Using foam tape, I adhered it to the card base to add dimension. Next, I adhered the s’more die cut and hearts to the red paper. Finally, I used Lawn Fawn’s Lawn Fundamentals Jet Black Premium Ink Pad to stamp the sentiment onto the front of the card.
