8 Cards with Brutus Monroe Products

Hello Crafty Friends.

Today I am creating EIGHT cards using several products from Brutus Monroe including Chroma Mists, Glitter Glaze, stencils, embossing powder, stamps, and more! I am also excited to announce that Brutus Monroe products are now available at Scrapbook.com!

For my first two cards, I used the Brutus Monroe Glorious Garden stamp set and heat embossed it with Brutus Monroe Raven Embossing Powder onto watercolor cardstock. For both cards, I used the Brutus Monroe Chroma Mist in Coral, Pink, and Lilac Purple.

For the card below, I sprayed the Brutus Monroe Chroma Mist onto my mat and then dipped my card panel into the ink to create this watercolor look.

For the card below, I dipped a water brush into the Chroma Mist, and watercolored the stamp.

My third card features the Brutus Monroe Glorious Garden stamp set which I stamped with the Brutus Monroe Clear Embossing Ink on a sheet of the Brutus Monroe green watercolor paper. I sprinkled with Brutus Monroe Rose Gold Embossing Powder and heat set it. I added some Scrapbook.com Holly Green Pops of Color to the finished card.

For my fourth card, I repeated the same process as the card above, except I used the Brutus Monroe Gilded Embossing Powder which is a beautiful gold color. I added the Ocean Waves Scrapbook.com Pops of Color to finish the card.

For my next card, I used the Brutus Monroe Sunrise Mini Slimline Stencil to create the beautiful stenciled pattern on my card. I used the Brutus Monroe Alabaster Glitter Glaze and created three new colors from the Brutus Monroe Chroma Mist. I simple added a little bit of the Alabaster Glitter Glaze to my mat and sprayed the Chroma Mist into the glaze. I mixed it up very well with a pallet knife and then spread it onto my stencil. The colors of Chroma Mist that I used are Coral, Pink, and Lilac Purple.

For my next card, I used the Brutus Monroe Heart Rays stencil along with Scrapbook.com inks in the following colors: Havana Red, Lantern Light, Guacamole, Postal Blue, and Mardi Gras. After inking the background, I left the stencil in place and added the Brutus Monroe Alabaster Glitter Glaze over the stencil. The Alabaster Glitter Glaze is a clear glaze and I love how it adds such nice sparkle to the card.

I added a heart-shaped die cut from the Sunny Studio stamps Stitched Heart 2 Dies over top of the heart on the stenciled background. I added a sentiment from the Brutus Monroe Glorious Garden stamp set, and added the gnome stamp from the Brutus Monroe Gnome Pun Intended stamp set.

For my next card, I used the Brutus Monroe Heart Rays stencil with Scrapbook.com inks in Lantern Light, Rubber Ducky, Daffodil, and Honeycomb. I also added the Brutus Monroe Alabaster Glitter Glaze over top of the stencil to add a glittery effect to the rays. I die cut a large circle die from the Scrapbook.com Nested Circle Dies from the Brutus Monroe watercolor rainbow paper pad and adhered the circle over top of the heart on the stenciled background.

I added a gnome and sentiment from the Brutus Monroe Gnome Pun Intended stamp set. I finished the card by adding some silver Scrapbook.com Pops of Color to each one of the rays in the stencil.

For my next card, I used the Brutus Monroe Heart Rays Stencil and spread the Brutus Monroe Grape Glitter Glaze over the stencil to create the pattern on my light purple cardstock. I used the Scrapbook.com Heartfelt Wishes die set along with the coordinating stamp and created a shaker in the center of the card. I added two penguins from the Sunny Studio Stamps Passionate Penguins stamp set.
