26 Christmas Cards | Violet Studio Christmas Cardmaking Kits

Hello Crafty Friends.

I’m excited to share some new Christmas-themed products with you from Violet Studio. Violet Studio has several Christmas cardmaking kits, papers, stamps, embossing folders, pattern paper, ephemera, a stocking kit, a banner kit, an embroidery kit, and more! If you are looking for some super easy Christmas cards to make, then check out the Violet Studio Nutcracker Collection – Christmas Cardmaking Kit. This kit includes 10 card blanks that measure 6″ x 6″ and 10 beautifully foiled envelopes. There are 10 decoupage sheets, 10 sheets with cut-outs to pop up the design on the card fronts, adhesive foam pads, and an instruction sheet.

Here are the two cards that I made with the Violet Studio – The Nutcracker Cardmaking Kit.

These cards were so easy to create — just separate the pieces at the perforated lines and attach them to the card front. The pieces are numbered so it’s easy to see where they go.

Use the foam pieces that are included in the kit to layer the pieces and you’ll have a card with lots of dimension!

You can add your own embellishments too! On the snow globe card on the left, I added the Scrapbook.com White Pops of Color on top of the snowflakes for added dimension.

I also made a lot of cards using the Violet Studio Home for Christmas Card Making & Stamping Kit as well as the Violet Studio Home for Christmas Diecutting & Embossing Kit.

The Card Making & Stamping Kit contains a stamp set, stickers, ephemera, a pattern paper pad, pom poms, and 6″ x 6″ card bases and envelopes that are already decorated for you.

The Diecutting & Embossing Kit contains two embossing folders, a few dies, embellishments, ribbon, and 6″ x 6″ blank card bases and envelopes.

Since everything in this collection goes together, I decided to combine the two kits to create my 24 cards.

In addition to the kits above, I also brought in some solid cardstock from Scrapbook.com. I used the Scrapbook.com Peppermint Smooth Cardstock and the Scrapbook.com Christmas Smooth Cardstock. I thought that the colors in these two paper pads really complemented the pattern paper pad well.

I created two identical cards with the red car. For my third card, I use the tan car and a different sentiment.
